Our Group coaching Academy Program is held twice a year, scheduled at a set time and delivered online. This helps you stay on track and committed to your goals without the inconvenience of travel.  It can also be more time-efficient than self-study, as you have a set schedule and dedicated time to focus on your personal development.

Positive Health Academy Overview


All our programs integrate the emerging scientific discipline of positive psychology into lifestyle and integrative medicine, with a focus on active recovery. 

The Positive Health Academy is supported with live weekly interactive webinars with Siobhan. Each week is dedicated to a new topic with workbooks, downloads and hypnosis recording, all of which have been designed to help and support you to build your toolbox to remain calm under pressure, personally and professionally.  

Contains elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which helps in building resilience on the conscious, unconscious, and subconscious levels through hypnosis to address sleep, ruminating and self worth.

You’ll have access to all program materials for the lifetime of the course.

The 6 month bespoke Individual Positive Health Coaching Program is a tailored and personalized coaching program designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. 

This program consists of 6 months of bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions that are customized to your specific health and wellness goals. Each week of the program focuses on a different topic, such as stress management, movement, and nutrition, values and psychological resilience. The program is designed to provide individuals with practical tools and strategies to manage burnout and promote positive health habits that are sustainable in the long term. 

** Prior to commencing coaching a detailed intake review will be taken to ensure the emotional and mental health and safety of each client is protected.
