Understanding How Burnout Affects You
Week 1 we will deep dive into understanding how Burnout affects you, we’ll cover signs and symptoms so you can make sure you are preventing burnout and not heading towards it. There will be a specific focus on how it develops through life, the stories that we tell ourselves, how self-talk drives our behaviour, types of self-talk (e.g. inner critic), it’s link to negative thinking, and the consequences of such a mind-set.
Module 2
The Ultimate Guide to Remote Working
For many employees working from home is new to them and can be a lonely experience while coupled with social distancing, it doesn’t have to be. For those of you who are not used to working from home for prolonged periods of time or don’t have an organised working area, distractions can be disruptive to your productivity. You may be juggling lots of family members vying for your attention OR you may be living on your own and find yourself working longer hours to pass the time. Either way, this webinar will support you to master Remote Working, build resilience, re-ignite motivation and adjust to this situation.
